Easy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients
2 spice cake mixes (Duncan Hines is the best for this recipe)
1 30-oz. can pumpkin
1 12-oz. bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine cake mixes and pumpkin. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of one of the muffins comes out clean. Yield: 36 muffins. NOTE: These freeze really well!

These don't rise very much, so keep that in mind when filling the cupcake liners. |
